  2022 PSAC FOOTBALL WESTERN DIVISION DEFENSIVE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR: Jaylen McDuffie, Seton Hill,...The West's Defensive Athlete of the Year is Seton Hill's Jaylen McDuffie, who led the league in multiple defensive categories. McDuffie recorded 20.5 total tackles for an average loss of 1.86 yards per game to rank first in the league and 12th nationally. The linebacker's 11 total sacks also led the PSAC and cracked the Top 15 in all of Division II. McDuffie additionally contributed 116 total tackles (second-most in the PSAC), two forced fumbles, eight quarterback hurries, and a pass breakup to claim the defensive award. - PSAC Football

  2019 ALL-PSAC FOOTBALL WESTERN DIVISION FIRST TEAM (COACHES): DB Fardan Allen, Seton Hill, Sr., Rochester, N.Y./Rush Henrietta,...Allen was third on the Griffin team with 71 total tackles.   2019 ALL-PSAC FOOTBALL WESTERN DIVISION SECOND TEAM (COACHES): LB Jayden Emberton-Gaines, Seton Hill, Jr., Lemon Grove, Calif./Mater Dei,...Emberton-Gaines led the Griffins with 102 total tackles. His 10.2 tackles per game also led the PSAC. He finished the season with 59 solo tackles which tied for second most in the PSAC. He had 12 tackles, two interceptions and a forced fumble. One interception ended a Laker drive and kept the Griffins in front 23-20 late in the contest.
